I have gone to beverly from 2000 to 2022 and she was great. This year I made an appointment then needed to change it to the next day. I was told to come in at the same time the next day. Apparently she forgot to make a note about it and let me sit there for 1 hour and 17 minutes before I left. Sad she used to be good.

Most unprofessional people I have ever met especially the boss beverly. They eat while doing your taxes. They tell you "they dont have the time" to explain your taxes to you. They over charge and they tell you that you cant claim certain things that every other tax place says u can. If I could give zero stars I would because they dont deserve even 1 star
