I ordered from this company online on January 22 and it's now March 8 and I've yet to receive my hair which I spent 200$ on. They want hardly respond and when they do it's covid-19. Stop blaming everything on covid-19 and lying. I've asked for a refund several times and nothing. I've even contacted the post office and they can't track it. Nawl they can't because it don't exist. Don't deal with these people!!!! Their frauds.

I have gotten hair from here once, and was able to keep the hair in for over 3 months and still use the bundles for a ponytail after I took my install out. The hair was soft and shiny, it started to shed towards the end of my install but nothing not manageable. I purchased the Brazilian straight for under $200

I love Sabri, she talked to me through the whole process of me buying my bundles. I love the fact they let other people leave business cards here for their services. Shows they really want to see everyone have the opportunity to be successful!!
