5 stars for sure. Travis was professional, fast and honest right out the gate. You can tell he’s experienced and knows what he’s talking about. I told him what I think the problem was, So After diagnosing the problem for free , he gave me his honest answer. He wasn’t pushy and gave me options. I decided to move forward with the leak and he was able to fix it in just a few hrs. He cleaned up after himself and left the yard like he saw it. I highly recommend him if you need a good plumber . My neighbor has used pure plumbing before and he had Travis come out that's why I asked to have Travis come out today and very nice knowledgeable personable did what he said he was going to do in a timely manner cleaned up after himself Good job well done

Christian M. was amazing, he solved our issue lightning quick. Gave us the run down on what needed to be fixed and the cost and explained everything and answered all our questions. After we agreed, his start to finish was quick, efficient, and his attention detail was amazing. He is also a very polite and cleanly person. I would recommend him and Pure Plumbing to everyone
