In preparation for the cooling season, I had a routine preventative maintenance service performed by ProZone air-conditioning and heating today. The technician, Derek arrived on time, gave me a quick brief as to what he was going to do and where he needed access. I noted he protected my property by putting on booties while working inside and was careful around my furniture and items. Being in the Operations and Maintenance industry myself, I was impressed with the systematic and thorough approach he took and his knowledge and experience. From the first call to Ashley to the best service tech Alex thank you for the best service I've gotten in Vegas in over 20yrs. Alex is amazing, he helped me figure out my a/c and taught me a few things while doing it, great personality and professional and all around good guy. He is the only guy I will call and recommend for all my hvac needs. Thanks again!
