The doctors and treatment are fine. The amount of time and effort it takes to make an appointment on the phone is ridiculous. They give you the option to leave a message, but they don’t call you back the same day you have to be glued to your phone 24/7. Right now, I have been on hold for 25 solid minutes and I am still caller #3 in the queue. They need to hire more people to man the phones if they really are that busy.

Dr. Lee and his associates are amazing! Actually make you feel like you’re his only patient. Amazing bed side manners with his procedure’s. So genuine just a wonderful doctor! Highly recommend him!
