We've been with Preventive for several years now. We've had a few different techs, and they've all been great. Currently, we have Madison. He is respectful, friendly and communicates well. He is watchful of problems and takes care of them when he sees them. We're happy to be with Preventive Pest Control. One more thing, they are also quick to come out for additional problems when they arise during the month, which I really appreciate.
