They were by far the most knowledgable, prompt, gave an over the phone estimate based on our face time call and then showed up the next business day to confirm their estimate. When I agreed to their price ($3,240 versus other bids of $5,400 and $8,400 for a new unit plus installation), Larry went to his supply house and returned to install the new unit impeccably. Highly recommend .

Larry has done two jobs for me in the past few months. He installed a new toilet for one job and then a water heater on another occasion. Both times he was efficient and finished in a timely manner. He and his partner cleaned up thoroughly at the completion of the jobs. Also, both jobs were started within two days after my initial call. I appreciated not having wait days or weeks.
