Glenn gave me really good advice for selecting the right replacement parts for my kitchen plumbing. This saved me a lot of time. I’ll skip Home Depot and Lowe’s from now on, since I usually have to wait 15 minutes just to find someone to help me.

This was my fourth stop on a quest for a special sprayer hose. Although they didn't have exactly what I needed, the woman helping me took a lot of time working to configure something that would at least patch me up until I could order the correct hose. That kind of customer service was above and beyond what I had gotten everywhere else. PPC is a little out of the way for me but it'll be my FIRST stop next time I hit a snag.

These guys are great! I went in to get help with my broken faucet handle. They went above and beyond to help me figure out what peice I was missing on my broken handle. Great service and very professional. Thank you!
