“I just want to shout out to Alex, the DPT. My mother had at least 10 balance therapy sessions with Alex and we couldn't praise him more. He was very professional and accommodating to my mom. She is 87 years old, barely can walk and speak any English, but Alex somehow made it work! There were few times where Alex called me and put me on a speaker phone to translate so he can fully understand my mom's symptoms so he can better treat her.
