Josie was especially helpful in helping us understand the process and took time to meet with us independently to clarify things and make sure our needs were met (following the appointment) and next steps we needed to make sure everything was set for the following appointment. Josie even conducted a follow-up phone call before said next appointment to help cover all bases.
