Dora at Palm Mortuary felt more like a friend than a representative of Palms. She spent the time to get to know me. She explained in detail what was involved in pre-planning and the cost of each service that was offered. I had used Palm previously when my husband passed and knew I would return when I decided to pre-plan my own services. I hope to be around for many years to come, but it is nice to know that the cost and need to make decisions will be minimal for my family.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exemplary service Tim provided during a difficult time. Tim's professionalism, understanding, and patience made the entire process more manageable.From the moment we met, Tim exhibited a level of empathy and compassion that immediately put me at ease. Our 8 month son passed away just last month. It was horrible experience no one should ever live through. But on the behalf of our family we would like to thank Timothy Zrelak for being a true guide in arranging our funeral. He was amazing to work with, provided open and friendly advise. I could not have asked for a better funeral for my son Dmitri. It was everything i hoped for and more. The staff was punctual, the decor was perfect and over all a big thank you to the staff and especially Tim for being the way he is.
