Excellent and VERY FAST service from the initial call to Holly, then the evaluation by Jonah A., then the contract with Steve L., then finally the installation of a much needed new unit by Bobby D. and team (three others in the team - total of four individuals). Very professional! I am very happy with the service and will continue to use them!
We've had only GREAT experiences with One Hour Heat & Air. Both our furnace last fall and our air conditioner that died yesterday were old and worn out, so we knew they had to be replaced outright. Both times, great service. No complaints at all. Jodei worked his butt off yesterday in the heat, replacing our A/C and never complained or messed around once. He's an asset to your company! Thanks Jodei and thanks One Hour!
well, I see lots of negative reviews of the company. however, I'd like to say I have nothing but great timely service on my A/C unit. they came out on just one day's notice, did a complete cleaning, and refreshed my A/C. I also made an appointment online super easy and they came out the next day. as another plumbing came shut my A/C while working on my water heater.
