we have had our ac/heating unit serviced by One Hour for many years. They always set an appointment time that works for our schedule and call when they are on their way. The maintenence is great and we haven't had any problems.
I usually have to double check that they are servicing the right system. For some reason they want to check my heater going into summer and AC going into winter, so I always have to remind them to check the AC when going into the summer and heater when going into the summer. The quality of work is good though. Last week, the technician must have been having a rough day. He removed the filter from my air handler, saying it was dirty, but then he didn’t replace it. He handed the dirty one to me and told me to replace it. When I questioned him about it, he said they don’t carry that filter on their trucks yet, but that the office was working on having them do that. I ordered the filter while he was still at my house, and hopefully it’ll arrive tomorrow, but that’s a week without any filter in my system because the guy pulled it, and I’m expected to go into the attic and swap it out myself. I’m capable, but the whole point of calling them out is to have them maintain the unit and replace the filter so I don’t have to go into the attic.
