We recently had Randy from OTSA out to install a new A/C system in our home. From start to finish Randy and his team were great! His team started on the Sunday and came back Monday and spent the entire day to finish up and help us "keep our cool". They even vacuumed up any trace of their presence in our house. As a business owner, one of the worst things that can happen, is AC going out in the middle of the Summer. On the Spot was one of the only companies that could make out ASAP.
