I made an appointment with a stylist I had not met at NY Hair Company for a highlight and cut. Her name was Sarah and she had me walking out of the salon feeling ecstatic about my hair! I was unsure of how to describe or identify the color I was after. She asked questions and presented samples to narrow down a direction and asked if I would like to trust her to make adjustments to accomplish the end result I was after. She was kind, calm and confident. It was a relief to hand it over and let her do what she does best. Best decision ever! Great place. I scheduled an appointment for a haircut, and was in the next day. I was greeted warmly by friendly staff, and quickly assisted with checking in. I came in 10 minutes before my appointment and they were ready and had me in the seat so fast, I was so excited! The stylist that did my haircut, Sarah Tolentino, was so kind and informative. You could tell she likes what she does and cares about giving you a haircut that leaves you feeling happy and confident.
