“I had an awesome workout today at 9Round Kickboxing Studio in Summerlin! Edgar, the owner, really knows how to push you in the best way. The workout was intense, with a great mix of cardio, strength, and kickboxing drills that kept me engaged the entire time. Edgar’s energy and passion for what he does are contagious, and he makes sure everyone feels welcome, whether you're a beginner or more experienced. The gym is clean, the atmosphere is motivating, and the routines are perfectly designed to challenge you while still being fun. Specifically, nutrition-related disease that impacts our low-income communities negatively. Mostly due to lack of resources, especially due to unaffordable nutrition education and services. At Lime Nutrition, they are paving the trail to serving our communities at no cost. They understand this will pay out to the benefit of us all in the long run. Estefanía Herrera is a licensed registered dietitian nutrition that provides excellent, top-quality medical nutrition therapy and education. Patients can meet in-person, telehealth, or even video-call. She cares deeply for her community and her selfless act of starting a professional nutrition nonprofit organization is proof of it. She works with patients with a wide diverse of disease and conditions including, but not limited to, diabetes, cardiovascular and renal disease, oncology, weight management, and even eating disorders. I had the privilege of volunteering as a graduate dietetic intern and was impressed with the quality of services and education that are provided at the nonprofit. Please exercise caution when not going to the nutrition experts, such as gym coaches, as you may receive erroneous nutrition education in the realm of FAD diets. The true professional nutrition experts run this nonprofit, so you're in safe hands when it comes to nutrition and dietetics. The services are are available at no cost by appointment, but respect the dietitians time and leave a donation, please.“

“Great gym. If you are looking for a personalized program that can fix your weaknesses and get you much stronger in the process, this is the gym for you. I have been going here for about 2 years and my wife and teenagers just started as well. They are all seeing great results. Rob has so much knowledge of the body and how it should move. He truly wants all of his clients to succeed and achieve their goals. For me it is staying limber and strong and making my golf game better which it has. Love the atmosphere and the other coaches.“

“Canyon Ranch Spa and Fitness Center is located on the 3rd floor of the Palazzo Resort. It is just a little bigger than a regular hotel gym for the fitness area. The entry is complimentary while staying on the grounds. Upon entering, you must swipe/tap your room key and then sign in. Minors are allowed with parental signature. Towels are complimentary, too. I thought the amount of cardio equipment was alright given I was there at 3:30 on a Tuesday. I feel like the facility would be too crowded on a weekend mid-morning with long waits for the 4 bicycles, 7 treadmills, and 7 elliptical machines. The same goes for the free weights and the small variety of Technogym weight machines. There is also a small shop to buy fitness clothing and a cafe located at the entrance. There is no juice bar in the fitness area, but food and beverages can all be purchased just outside in the cafe.“
