Contacted this company to remove a huge tree that had fallen on our back fence. Mitch arrived on time, answered our questions & provided a very competitive & reasonable estimate. We had additional questions & Mitch came out to address our concerns right at the time he said he would. We notified them 2 business days ago that we wanted them to do our job. They said they'd be out today. The crew (Mason, George, and Santos) arrived right on time. They were polite & worked smart, efficiently & very hard! I had several trees removed from Noble trees. It looked like it was a job done right until the trees started to grow back. I have been trying to get someone from the company out since may 31st. I have spoken with them and was told someone would call to set up a time. I have text messaged, called and left voice messages. No one to date has called me back or come out and finish the job.
