I have been using NRS for a few years now and I can’t say enough good things about them. All of the service techs are professional and knowledgeable. I belong to the Maintenance Club and they check my units twice yearly. This week, hottest week of the year so far, my downstairs unit’s air handler assembly and motor went out. It was making noise on Monday and I called NRS right away. By the time that Lawrence showed up the next morning, it had already stopped working. The older parts had to be ordered, but was up and running in no time. I highly recommend NRS to anyone that needs reliable, affordable and competent HVAC services.
Our experience with Nevada Residential could not be any greater. From Mickey's detail and follow up at the main office to Charlie supervising every aspect of the install, the entire project went off without a hitch. With Charlie's inspection, to our decision and the actual install of a new air conditioner, the total timeline was only 3 days. The installation team was courteous, efficient and cleaned up to perfection after the job was completed. That same day, Chris came out to do a quality check and make sure the equipment was working up to standard.
