Wonderful team to work with! Would recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to maintain their own full-time IT department. We recently replaced our switches and firewall, they did a very professional job with the cabling, making it look a lot neater than it was before they came in.
First of all, I'm sure my request of wanting remote desktop access from Samsung DeX is an unusual one, but with the information and links I was given I was able to learn a little and get started. Sonesay was prompt to call at the requested appointment time and quickly and easily help me finish setting up everything I needed.
