I called ahead of time and asked for price of wash and blowout plus trim and she told me $35-$40 depending. I get there and take my hair down and she says $50. She flies through my hair. I get to the register and the price is now $80!!! My hair isn’t even straight….look how puffy my edges are? Why does it look like ive sweated my hair out b4 i even leave the shop? Never again. Please dont tell people you can do their type of hair if you can not!

Bad experience in this place. I went to have my eyebrows cleaned and I repeated to the lady that I just wanted cleaning and she left my eyebrows super thin. One climbed higher than the other, when he finished he was just laughing. He didn't listen to me or resolve what he had already done.
He damaged my eyebrows and I told him at first that I just wanted cleanliness.

I went into this salon today 12/1/2021 and asked how much do they charge for a "Wash n Set". I was told "We don't do that" We don't do your hair here" by the receptionist. I then clarified "You mean black people hair?" She says "Yeah, we don't do your hair here". I had my hat on so she couldn't even see my texture of hair which lets you know the type of discriminatory practices are done at this place of unprofessional business. I told her 'I have a relaxer in my hair" and she still refused. I have been to Latin salons in New York and they've done my relaxed hair with NO RPOBLEM!! She wanted to discriminate even though the entire salon had only 1 or 2 customers. What this...read full review
