Katie and Angie did an Open House for my 1941 Old Town Cabin within days of listing with them, and there was a traffic jam of people wanting to see it.Probably one of the very few traffic jams ever to occur in Old Town.The Cabin sold a few days later, and within a week, the rain began to pour, and it kept on pouring.Katie pulled off the impossible, by selling the Cabin while Old Town was being washed away, and sold it at just below the listed price.I also want to add that Katie and her daughter personally cleaned up the entryway to my cabin after the flood, as I was out of town for a few months.This service was not expected, but was absolutely appreciated.This was my...read full review
