I visited MSI two weeks ago after getting some help from Araceli. She was extremely considerate and helpful with my questions and with samples. I visited four stone places that day and hands down MSI had the best customer service and experience. The show room is incredible. I am still deciding on which product but I hope to use them.

As a local Interior Designer in Las Vegas, I'm always looking for industry partners that not only have incredible products at great price points but also provide a level of service that surprises and delights my clients. Araceli and her team at MSI regularly do just that! In fact, I recently brought in a client to review tile selections and needed to show them some digital renderings but we were struggling with the technology. One of their team members, Mihir, not only fixed our issue, but stayed throughout our entire client meeting to make sure we didn't have any further problems. He was so incredibly helpful and our clients loved him - it was a great experience that could have easily gone sideways! It's experiences like these that make partnering with MSI a no-brainer! This showroom in Las Vegas just opened in December 2023. We are in the process of selecting flooring, countertops, back splashs, etc. for a new custom build. The selection of materials is very comprehensive, and the person assisting us was knowledgeable and willing to share her thoughts when we asked. We loved being able to see many pieces against each other and the flooring to get a better idea of what the end result will look like.
