I have used this dry cleaning service many times in the past and never had an issue, so when I decided to take a new dress that I had only worn once to a wedding that I absolutely adored and didn't want to mess up attempting to wash on my own back to Mom and Pop's it was a no brainer. I picked up my dry cleaning expecting the same great experience from the past, but I was deeply disappointed. The dress that I had only worn once was completely faded. You could no longer see the colors of the flowers and leaves. The shimmer was also gone. I told the cashier that the dress was faded and she looked at it and just smiled at me. She didn't attempt to make things right. I asked what could be done about it and at first she told me that she talk to the person that cleaned the dress to see what to do, but then she changed her mind and said they weren't there. I asked if I could come back tomorrow to speak with them, and politely asked what would be a good time, and she said they may not be in tomorrow either. Now I know she wasn't trying to help me. I asked her if I could at least get the money back from the dry cleaning and she did that, but now I have a dress that I can never wear again and I wasn't reimbursed for any of the damages to it. We take our nice clothing to the dry cleaners because we want it to stay nice so we can wear it again, but unfortunately I only got to wear it once. Money and time down the drain. I definitely won't return to Mom and Pop's anymore, but it's really a-shame that they did nothing to make things right .

They've always been kind and reliable with my dry cleaning. No complaints and will continue to use their service. Knowing that they have the dry cleaning done off-site is essential to a good experience here. If you need something back in 24-hours, go elsewhere. It's like complaining that McDonald's does not sell Whoppers.

Dry cleaning is cheap but alterations are outrageous. They change an absurd price of $40 to remove Velcro and sewn three patches for my uniform which has never cost more than $20 in the past. It usually between $15 to $20 every other place I've been.Service: Alterations
