Sensei Lou is an amazing instructor and my children have learned so much about respect, confidence, and skill. My children (girl age 9 and boy age 7) have felt comfortable enough practicing MMA weekly with other students of varying skill level and participating in competitions. This is a safe dojo that really values the whole person.
