They took care of me and I had my phone that same day. Every where else wanted $300+ not including taxes. These guys gave me a reasonable rate and I am very Happy. Staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Recommend them Highly!!!“

“Always great service and quality work. We've taken our computer in a few times for software updates when our computer decided to stop functioning. Both times the work was completed the same day with a fair price and have had no issues since. Yesterday, I took my tablet in to see if they could diagnose the issue - Shon was the technician - he spent about 20 minutes trying to find a solution. He determined that my issue was with my cable provider and gave several suggestions on how to resolve the issue. So, two thumbs up for Shon - awesome customer service. Hopefully, I won't have any more computer issues, but if I do, I know exactly where to go.....“

“Before I start my review I just want to say this is the only place I trust to have work done on my phone they offer guarantee on the work that they do and communicate everything with you. Their prices are worth the quality of work they do on your phone better than going to Apple and get charged more than this place, this place at least has affordable prices. When I came into this store I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Mara, right from the start of our conversation I sensed that she was a genuine person, very kind, very helpful, and full of suggestions on what we can do for my phone, the iPhone tech was also very kind and helpful, another thing I noticed is that they are mainly Spanish speakers, but are really good in communicating in English, I had my bottom iPhone speaker changed and lightning connector, keep in mind I've had work done on my lightning connector before at a different location inside of a indoor swap meet. I was told it was going to be an hour and thirty min wait, I decided to stay in the store and wait. Thirty minutes in and the tech came out with my phone and let me know that nothing was changed on my iPhone that it still had the original parts and I shocked because I was told it was replaced, I still asked him if he could replace still and didn't hesitate to let me know he could put a different original part for my iPhone. After he left I was observing the way Mara worked, she was is a very welcoming person, everyone who walked in was treated with kindness and respect, even when she picked up phone calls she came of as a very respectful person In all honesty I don't understand these 1 star reviews, they are nothing like that, they run a good business and offer guarantee, unlike other places. People who go into this store who try to blame them for things they didn't do just to try to get something free should ashamed of themselves, they are good people and if by chance the problem on your phone is still there, they offer to fix it for free because it's something they worked on, and from my experience my phone is working better than ever, it's just a nice feeling to know that if by chance the problem is still there, nothing will come out of your pockets. Just remember they're there to help, good and reliable people. Don't let these 1 start reviews stop you from going to this place, experience it yourself and you will realize they are nothing like these bad reviews. I hope this helps.“
