I've been going to Michelle's Salon for years and have only had good experiences. They have lots of clients therefore if you don't have an appointment you would have to wait. I wouldn't expect to walk in any salon and expect them to stop working on a client for me to sit in the chair! Further more, I wouldn't want to go to a salon that wasn't busy. Means good stylists! Sounds like that dude thinks he's in titled!
