I had a home break-in... very upsetting and needing a sliding door asap. Found you on internet after trying other providers. Lorren came out same day of call, helpful and understanding of my situation/anxiety and help expedite the process. The Installers Thor and Collin were EXCELLENT, professional and kind and did everything to get the install correct. Very high quality of service from estimate to install. Just a question: why don't you advertise your high quality service more? lbadding to my original post above.... IT IS OVER... Master Craftsmen's install team came out and installed a new front door and frame, painting all the trim inside and out, taking the old door and frame with them, they did a fantastic job! They where fast and very meticulous with the install, when it was completed everything was clean like they were never here. The Project Manager Cameron Cook came over and reviewed the install after completion, great service by all!If I need, or anyone I know needs a new door or door frames replaced I know who to call..Master Craftsmen Inc.

Timely, great communication, the entire crew was friendly and very clean. They also kept on a tight schedule that was communicated well in advance. Nothing but a fantastic experience.
