Well, this review saddens me to write. I have first hand experience with the quality of Julio's work, and he is a thoughtful and skilled craftsman. However, more recently, his follow-up and communications are sorely lacking. He expressed interest multiple times in looking at my current project (plumbing and drywall) and sizing it for cost and effort. Most recently, he told me to text him multiple times and then never responded. Several months previous, he had a series of excuses of unfortunate luck, which I accommodated gracefully. After that, as mentioned, he started ghosting me. I will confess, this is not new behavior. I've had Julio do project work here and there for me over the last 15 years. I've accommodated his sporadic follow through, because of his outstanding craftsmanship. You'll get a great result, at a fair price, if you can get him to show up.

I have used Maintenance Masters LLC, Julio, as my 'handy man' since the purchase of my home a little over one year ago. Finding someone like Julio, was/is a dream come true. Julio is personable, conscientious (careful and diligent) thorough, dependable, timely and takes great pride in his work. His desire and drive to do a task well in order to meet the clients expectation is bar none. Julio has done a verity of 'fix it' task and projects for me and has demonstrated that there is no job too small or too large in which the quality of his work is not done to perfection. He is super NEAT, not only in his work, but in his personal appearance as well, which is super nice :-). With Julio, there is never any clean-up required when the job is done! If you need a handy man who can get things done right the first time, with top notch quality, Julio is your man!!! Thank You so much Julio! Debbie

Would not use his services again. Wasted over a week by ordering parts in the wrong size, then walked out on the job 3 days prior to my tenants moving in, saying he had more important jobs to do with his time and telling me to find someone else. Left me holding the bag and handled the situation in a rude and condescending manner. I had several friends who were going to use his services but they will not be using him anymore. I'm really disappointed that someone with such great reviews turned out to be so unprofessional and wasted so much of my time. **8/4 Update after Julio's comment: The comment that he provided is false. I never once displayed a bad attitude, even when he called me to say he was walking off the job. I've posted pictures of our text conversation to verify this. Furthermore, after I initially posted my review, I was informed by my listing agent that Julio in fact stole the existing drain stoppers from my house before walking off the job. So I went from needing my sink drains fixed to: needing my sink drains fixed & needing parts b/c mine were taken. And this was in an unfurnished house - imagine what he would've grabbed in a house full of my personal belongings and valuables. I don't often post reviews on Yelp, but I feel an obligation to alert others to how bad this guy is. TL;DR this guy: 1) stole from me 2) walked off the job 3) lied about me These behaviors indicate a guy who lacks ownership and, more importantly, lacks integrity. For those of you who are like me and have no tolerance for that, I'd urge you to look elsewhere, as there is no shortage of handymen in the valley. Julio, you're welcome to leave another defensive comment on my post, but please at least get your story straight next time.
