We had major pool problems. Leaks in pipes under the steps; leaks in and around the handholds; leaks in the waterfalls; leaks everywhere. It was a major problem and a big job. LV Restoration took care of everything. Joe the owner was responsive to my concerns and a nice guy. Sean the superintendent/foreman was extremely knowledgeable in terms of diagnosing the problems and then fixing them. He is a nice guy too. I'm not going to say the price was cheap because it was a big job. But I will say the price was fair, and candidly, I did not want someone just based on price because I do not want to go through this again. Had water heater installation, from the moment I called home visit for free estimate was done in a couple of hours, installation done the next morning. Everyone was professional, expedient and very satisfied with the work the installer did. I will definitely use LV Restoration again.
