“Beyond question the best locksmith service in the valley by far. I had a very bad experience with a company that refused to complete the job. It was an emergency so I while locked out of my home I did not have the time to consider the best company. I just called the first one that my search showed up, ending in a $705.00 charge for something that should of cost no more than $250.00. To make it worse the company did not finish being a no call no show after they received my payment.<br><br>I will review them shortly, But I then called Silver-state, who came out promptly fixed everything with ease. “Ugghhh... Foolishly locked myself out of the house... again. It's hot outside. I'm in a hurry. I need to get in, ASAP. Yelp, come to the rescue! I hit the Yelp find-a-service thing and it sent out requests to multiple locksmiths in the area. I'm assuming I'll have to wait minutes, hours, or even days for quotes. Then only seconds later, I get a response from USA Lock and Key, mentioning a flat rate of $79.99 for nearly immediate service (25 minutes away). Let's get it!When the locksmith Haim arrived, I knew right away this was a very professional locksmith who knows what he's doing and he's been doing it for a long time. His clean compact van was essentially a well kept toolbox, even had a key cutting tool in the back. What's more, he had a display with an example dimple key knob, residence knob, and commercial grade knob to show me the differences, while also discouraging bluetooth/smart doorknobs.As the pro he is, he verified my ID and address before getting to work. He gets to work and I noticed, the entire time he had METRO PD license displayed around his neck so I pick his brain about it. Sketchy locksmiths may do work to scope out a place, duplicate keys, or damage knobs to scam customers into buying parts, so it's important that your locksmith be registered through the police department. He even stated he occasionally gets called for Metro assistance. Whoa.Just minutes into the work and I was already into my home.
