I’ve been in Vegas for 21 years and Annie Nicksick is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. I used 3 other realtors previously and I only wish I’d met Annie sooner. I recently bought in a very competitive market and I know that the only reason I was able to get into the home of my dreams was because of her expertise and experience in this market. I can not recommend Local Living enough.
My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience working with both Bridgette and Annie. Their communication was impecable throughout the entire process. They advocated for us and found us a wonderful property to call home.
