Miguel came out, looked at my AC, and quickly made an assessment of the problem. He used state of the art diagnostic tools and answered all of my questions. At the end of the visit he provided several repair alternatives. I ended up purchasing a new system. He scheduled the replacement immediately and the installers were early on the scheduled day and finished early. Overall, great service from Miguel and very good service from Legacy
We had the most positive experience with Adrian Silva at Legacy Air Conditioning and Heating. Previously, I had a terrible experience with another AC company and they left my AC units in a very bad state. Adrian took excellent care of me and my AC situation. He went above and beyond and delivered two temporary AC units to cool down my home while the new AC units were in transit to be installed. That's a shining example of a 5-star service!!!! I highly recommend Legacy Air Conditioning and Heating and their team of professionals.
Kevin from Legacy Air came to our home today to perform our annual summer checkup. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. Our system is 14 years old and approaching the dreaded but anticipated time to replace both units. He walked me through the issues he found, the costs to repair vs the cost to replace. I explained to him that I really needed to wait until next year to withdraw any more money this year from our IRA. He told me he was sure we were OK until next year. Hey, I found an honest man!
