When our upstairs air conditioner decided to leak over the summer, water poured through the attic, ruining the insulation, soaking the ceiling, and dripping down onto my stair case. I asked around to see if anyone I know has a referral. I was referred to LV Restoration and gave them a call.
I spoke with Nubar who was very quick to set up an emergency visit and provided a thorough explanation of the process. Once he arrived, analysis of the moisture in my ceiling and walls was done right away with a thermal camera which also showed us that the water had leaked all the way down to my kitchen ceiling!
