This company looked great online. When we got to know the company, there were many cracks in the armor. We tried to do our homework before our big party and looked at reviews. Therre were a few red flags like reviews from Nicole C who had a bad experience, but we still gave them a try. I set up a meeting to go over what we needed, the costs and time frame. Courtney was nice on the phone. After that, down hill. When we met, she was distracted on her phone, kept taking texts and responding to them during our meeting. Gave the benefit of the doubt, maybe she had an emergency. Then when Courtney came back to us, got a bit rude and standoffish, saying, that she doesnt know how to help us. We looked at each other and asked different options about our party layout and servers and pricing. I wish I could have taken a picture of some of the gestures we saw from this lady, mini-eyerolls, shoulder shrugs, etc. Theres just a bad vibe we got that Courtney did not want to help us work out the details for setting up our event. I work inthe service industry and this was stuff that loses business. We went to a different company and high fived each other for doing that.

Las Vegas Entertainment Production is the absolute one stop show. I had to turn a project around in a day and a half and I couldn't have done this without them. They are quick, professional and very very flexible.Rhett Marek and Courtney Krietzburg are ace!

Rhett & his team are amazing!! They do a great job creating any atmosphere or theme you can come up with! We also loved all his ideas & finishing touches he’s added to each of our events! The crew is clean, efficient & friendly. They handled EVERYTHING! Made it so easy, we were able to actually enjoy the parties! Thank you for always creating the parties of our dreams! Will be using again!
