Stay far away from this place and the Michael Feldman (owner/landlord). I placed a deposit and 1st months lease for a virtual office. Within 24hrs I decided to take my business elsewhere and ask for a full refund before the month and contract started. I was denied the refund for the 1st month lease even though the month hadn't start yet, at this point Mike stated that his team had earned it.Upon asking to speak with upper management.
