We've used Lake City Air to keep our old heating & cooling equipment running for some time now. My husband is particularly fond of their technician, Adam, and always asks if he's available. Julie is friendly and helpful on the phone and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend. Good service & prompt response.
My AC was having issues and wasn't about to put more money into an old unit and opted for a new one. This company, it's staff, go way above and beyond just selling you a product. They have excellent customer service and communication. They did their best to make sure my family was taken care of till a unit could be replaced and answered any concerns I had through the process.
