Kings appliance repair did a good job. Joel came to my house, he was professional and very careful to get the mullion heater just right. He also explained why repairs may take 3-6 months to get done. Thermadore does not keep parts, they wait until they get a lot of orders, then have them made, then sent to the country, then to the city...shame on Thermadorem, but kudos to Kings and Joel my technician.
Credit where credit is due. The way this company communicates is not good but we finally scheduled the repair necessary and the result was excellent.
