Marikesha from Key PM delivered exceptional customer service. She was very helpful as I moved from out of state. She made the my hectic transition very pleasant and much smoother. She's definitely an elite employee that I would love to work with again.

Steven Yang is the worst maintenance coordinator. I have been at my property for almost 3 years and since Steven Yang has been in charge, it has been near impossible to get major repairs done. I have had to leave multiple voicemails over the course of months and never heard back. Only when I told Key PM I would contact the owners myself through social media did I get a response. Sariah was kind of enough to reach out, however, it should never have to get to this point of me hounding them down for months to get a response. It is very sad that the owners of my rental property are paying fees to them while Steven Yang blatantly ignores my request for a simple update. Now... read full review

I have been working with Key Property Management for almost 11 years...When I first left Las Vegas/Henderson (and thought I could manage properties from the other side of the country!), Brian and Randy helped me out when an AC went out in the middle of July in one of my properties...they stepped in, and took such great care of the tenants (and of me!). I've loved working with the team ever since (Shayna--thank you for EVERYTHING). For 11 years, they have kept my homes rented, in great shape, and the team is a joy to work with. If you need a property management company, I couldn't give a higher recommendation!
