Tyrone was so wonderful. He literally got me in and out there. I had water damage and my iPhone screen stopped working. It was much more affordable then previous places I had been to. Will most definitely be back to have my laptop replaced as well. Great service, great quality, and great prices as well! Thankful that they have employees that care and are so knowledgeable. Glad I know where to bring my laptop now no more putting that off. We need our devices!
I went to the repair shop on Charleston Blvd. I needed to have a broken sim card tray removed that was jammed tightly in my tablet. Tyrone was the gentleman who assisted me. It took just a minute for him to the tray out, and then he went on the internet to look for a replacement sim card tray for me to purchase. Wow, such service! He also taught me a shortcut to backup my data, which was something that I did not know how to do. Before I left he asked me if I had any questions that he could help me with my new tablet. My grandson's iPhone died. I dropped it off with Tyrone in the Charleston location and within 4 hours (he had actually correctly predicted how long the repair would take), the phone was back in use and looking like new. getting this repair work done was far better than having to replace it through the service provider. if I have issues with any phones, tablets, or computers, I know I will be visiting Smart Fix again. on a personal note, Tyrone is an excellent rep for this establishment.
