Walked in the store and was greeted with a friendly smile and a very welcoming hello. Explained that the glass on my iPhone ? cracked and would like to have it repaired. Huy was very nice and didn't charge me for looking at my phone that was badly damaged. It was beyond repair. I asked what I owe him. He could tell I was sad and took care of me. I was ready to pay for the data recovery fee. I am confident if the phone was still in tact he would have been able to do it. Thanks Huy for trying and accepting the challenge. 5 star.
