Dallas picked up my call at 832pm( called 2 other companies that never answered; both called back the next morning but they were too late therefore there loss). Dallas never rushed me as I explained the issue ( no air blowing while AC is on). I felt so bad calling late at night( he calmed me down). He could've either turned me away or chose to have a tech come the next morn. Richard showed up b4 the 2 hr mark, wasted no time to find the issue( blow motor super dirty& needs replacement). He wasn't annoyed answering my questions along the way& advised to switch out filter every 30 days in the summer which makes a lot of sense considering the Vegas heat.... read full review

Albert the technician gave me different option no pressure on selling a new Unit. Thank you for fixing my aircondition during this hot month of August. To Dallas the manager thank you for sending the technicial soon. You guys are awesome.

This company has proven to be sensitive and considerant especially during the scorching heat in Las Vegas. My company service people who are developmentally and intellectually disabled. Dallas and his team provide the care and service that we need with patience and understanding. They will get the job done.
