I truly enjoy my care I receive from Sina at ideal image she's personable with an upbeat spirit and doesn't make my treatment so painful for my laser hair removal girlfriend is quick Chalaka boom boom. Soleta is all so welcoming when I first come in and of good charisma as well the others who welcome you in for your services nice clean ambience I truly enjoy my treatments deserving to myself! Self Love.! and the people who provide my care. Stay with it Ideal Image.
Great first time experience!Sina did my treatment & was outstanding!! She was very professional & explained the procedure thoroughly. Thank you for making me feel comfortable during the entire process.Amanda at reception was amazing! So friendly & kind. Great customer service!
Rns are very thorough and communicate well. The desk lady (started with an A) didn't check me in for about 5 mins while walking around talking with other staff and moving stuff.I came in last month to get a new treatment, when I got there the front desk woman Genicis was walking out. Comes to find out. They fired her for being too social at her job. If it weren't for Genicis, I wouldn't have signed up for BBL or know touch ups are covered at a low rate.
