I ran into an issue with not having secondary drain pans where the coils are in our attic, after getting multiple quotes from other reputable larger companies. The price range from $3800-$1600. I followed the rule of them to get a third quote and contacted Joel At HVAC connection. I seen online that they had excellent reviews, so I reached out to Joel the owner and set up a time for him to come and take a look and give me a quote. Joel showed up on time. Did a thorough look at what needed to be done and gave an honest, fair quote. Not only that the work was done in a fast time frame and Joel and his crew were very professional. We had our dryer duct cleaned out because the new dryer was not working well. They were quick to respond and easy to make an appointment with. Text me when theycarrived and quickly cleared our clogged dryer duct. Now the dryer works like new.

Joel is amazing! He's been reliable, trustworthy (won't overcharge or sell something you don't actually need), honest, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable since he installed a new unit 7 (?) years ago (word of mouth recommendation).
