I had a need to have some advice and documents drawn up regarding a real estate matter. Initially, I spoke with Ms. Hurtik over the phone seeking advice regarding our situation. She was very helpful and actually advised not to proceed, but would help us if we decided to go forward with our plans. Due to the matter being a sensitive family matter, we opted to proceed. I have dealt for decades with corporate professional, business lawyers . This was a personal business issue. She provided great, thoughtful, honest answers, not aimed at creating more legal fees, but doing the best for the client. We spoke about my topic, and she guided me to a non-fee-intensive solution. Many lawyers would have guided me to something with a long-shot at being helpful to me, but more fees for them. We will be using her whenever we need legal help. She responded quickly to a request for a meeting, and was flexible on the time.
