Words can't explain how grateful I am for this clinic . We have Banfield and our vet told us that our dog buster had to go to an orthopedic surgeon which would cost 6 to 8 thousand dollars which me and my husband could not afford and it brought us to tears cause Buster is only 5 years old . I called my local ER vet and they recommended hearts alive and they saved busters life . Diana is the best and she helped us so much and I'm so grateful for the team. They were so sweet and so caring and we were able to use care credit or another credit which helped us with our budget . Great vets and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. FYI, you have to pay $50 deposit when you book your appointment. That covers the vet visit. You only pay for tests and or medication at the appointment.
A great experience. My Thumper passed and I was devastated. A few weeks passed and I was taking my dog for grooming and Hearts Alive was there with several kittens and puppies. In honor of Thumper, I adopted Qt and Spike. Brother and sister, they do everything together. Adoption fee covers spaying/neutering, and all baby shots. Really nice. The ladies seemed liked they cared. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
