UPDATE: I was just notified that this company has contacted a previous employer of mine (I’m not sure what the motive was.) Because they have my home address, I be will going to the police station with the paper evidence I have gathered, as well as contacting KTNV. I WILL NOT LET A COMPANY RETALIATE AGAINST MY ABILITY TO EXERCISE MY RIGHT TO THE FIRST AMENDMENT NOR WILL I LET THEM BULLY ME INTO REMOVING MY REVIEWS. I am appalled at how unprofessional this company is and at the harassment they’ve given me over my review ☝🏼 THAT I WILL NOT DELETE BECAUSE I STAND BY IT. (Original post) Unfortunately, this company was not professional. There was a mishap resulting in a no show for my consultation and instead of apologizing, I received a LONG text message around 9am regarding a review that I left on Angie’s List (which I reviewed accordingly, btw, and that review still stands) that ended with this person (Paula or Susie) stating, “just remember KARMA.” It is sad that a company would have ANY ILL intent towards their customers, but it is even more upsetting that another human being/WOMAN would wish that upon another HUMAN BEING/WOMAN 😢 . And it is even more sad that the text message this company sent was the first thing I had to see in the start of my day, pretty much setting the intention for my day. NEVERTHELESS, the text message was reassuring in my decision NOT to move forward this company. I hope this company raises their bar quite a bit for their professionalism. I do not take someone wishing “KARMA” in my life lightly. I have reported this company to the BBB. I do not feel safe with this company having my phone number and address as they’ve already texted me 4 times after I have asked them to please stop contacting me. Additionally, they out-right LIED on their response to my Angie’s List review, stating they rejected my inquiry and “have the right to refuse service to anyone” (not mention, they just HAD to throw in an insult at the end, just as they did with the text.) 1. I did not need maintenance as they stated in the review. I needed a complete backyard design and install (see pictures—no need to maintain dirt) , 2. The text message clearly states that I am the one that cancelled the appointment as I did not have time for whatever happened the day of the consult. I’m sure this company is just trying to do some clean up, but they are doing it in a VERY DIRTY WAY. Again, I am happy with my decision to not move forward with this company, very shady.
