Thought I wouldn't find you lol . Me keys were locked in my car granted that's my fault but I called to get an estimate & they never told me a price . Did the service then charged me 460 , it took less than 2 minutes . My insurance company wasn't opened until 10 am but when they did open they told me these people are cons & I'm a single mom , it's the holidays & he came in regular clothes & a Kia . Anthony is his name , the invoice says David . I'm now flat broke because this was a last minute thing but that was disgusting of them & I will be posting this on all citywide page because that was really fucked up .
Changed locks on my rental without consent or price confirmation. Then charged an outrageous $1300 for their services. Only after being upset did they remove the emergency fee which we had already stated we did not want emergency services at the initial call to their office! Additionally, they were just suppose to open the door but told our young tenant the locks and deadbolts had to be replaced despite the deadbolt being the only issue- They were very pushy to get the payment immediately before leaving via phone. Do not use this company they have a well deserved 1.5 rating. Just not good people. Would never recommend this business to anyone! I would rate a zero
Service was quick and professional, however pricing is absolutely outrageous. $200 to remove a stuck key in 30 seconds with WD-40. After the key removal the lock was in operable, so it was a complete waste of money.
