I'm really upset, they cut my baby's nails way too short, I couldn't get a better picture but almost every single nail had dried blood. I'm so so upset. The service is good here but this is not okay! I can't believe it

Lifesavers! Huge thank you to GDAH for the kindness shown to me and Birdie. I'm visiting from Cali. I had a dilemma when I realized she wasn't up-to-date on her vaccines. The kennel could not take her. They transferred her records and squeezed her in last minute with a couple hours to spare. They did not have to and they did. I'm so grateful. The location is easy to find, impeccably clean, friendly staff and very nice inside. I'd make this my home hospital if I lived here, based on my 1st impression.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. We see Fr. Fugikawa for our exotics. She is so knowledgeable and caring. Very informative and encouraging. I never feel like it’s about the money.
