I had always hated working out or going to the gym, I never knew if what I was doing was effective and felt out of place. My trainer at Fuerza worked with me and asked what my specific goals were before coming up with a customized workout and nutrition plan. Instead of feeling overwhelmed or trying to adhere to a miserably strict regimen, my trainer explained every step of the plan and how it was helping me achieve my goals. The results speak for themselves, and I've found I look forward to my workouts now instead of dreading them. I truly recommend this guy, Jose farias, excellent couch! Amazing person. He's always flexible about my needs. I'm seeing results on my body like I never did ???? THANKS FUERZA FITNESS!!
