We called for an estimate after finding a water spot in the ceiling. Joseph came out and took pictures and that's how we found out how bad the roof was (house is over 30 years old). Joseph gave us two estimates-1 for a section that needed the most work and one for the whole roof. After consulting two roofing companies, we decided that Fortitude was the best company for the job. Joseph is very friendly, knowledgeable and was available when I had questions. Just a few hiccups- the tile order was a pallet short, but they were able to get the tiles installed the same day the shortage was discovered. I would highly recommend! I was very scared from the start with getting my roof repair given the horror stories I’ve heard with certain companies. Not only did fortitude roofing provide a reasonable price the day of the estimate, but they were literally also the only company that was1. Able to make roof repairs requested2. Returned my call3. Actually followed up on the estimate and provided the proper detailsThe project was scheduled for a certain day, but got pushed back to the end of that week (Friday) which was fine because they provided advanced notice.The job was completed that day which was great. had a roof leak and Joseph got out and inspected the roof.He gave me options and detailed all repairs and possible extra materials. i had no surprises. Got to the repairs as fast as possible. Everyone in the office was very courteous and professional. I would use there services again. Thank You
